Who processes your data

The data controller is Wollq s.r.o., Company ID: 06694357, VAT ID: CZ06694357, registered office at Pivovarská 626/7, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 287252, which operates the Rednify brand (“we”).

For anything concerning your personal data, write to us at info@rednify.com. We are not required to appoint a data protection officer.

What data we process

When you send us an enquiry through the form, we process:

  • your name,
  • your email address,
  • your phone number, if you fill it in,
  • the address of your current website, if you fill it in,
  • the package you're interested in and the text of your message.

If you email or call us, we process the information you give us yourself.

On every visit, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, time and address of the page visited) so the website can run securely.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • Handling your enquiry and preparing an offer – so that we can reply and prepare an offer. This is based on the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Spam protection – we briefly keep the IP address of whoever sends the form to limit bulk sending. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Secure operation of the website – technical logs kept by our hosting provider, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Performing a contract and legal obligations – if we sign a contract, we process your data to perform it and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

We don't use your data for marketing, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We only give access to processors that help us run the website and our communication, and only as far as necessary:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) – website hosting,
  • Resend (USA) – sending emails from the contact form,
  • the provider of our email inbox where we receive enquiries,
  • accountants and tax advisers, if we sign a contract.

Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We only share data with public authorities when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and related communication for 12 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract.
  • If we sign a contract, for its duration and then as long as needed to protect our rights (usually 4 years); accounting records for the period required by law (up to 10 years).
  • The IP address used for spam protection for no more than 10 minutes, and only in the server's memory.
  • Hosting logs for the period set by the hosting provider, usually a few days.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use any cookies and we don't store anything in your browser (including localStorage). We don't use any analytics, marketing or advertising tools and we don't track you.

That is why we don't ask for cookie consent. If this ever changes, we will update this section and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right:

  • to access your data and get a copy of it,
  • to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
  • to have your data erased when we no longer need it or the processing isn't lawful,
  • to restrict processing,
  • to data portability,
  • to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • to withdraw your consent at any time – this doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Send your requests to info@rednify.com. We'll reply without undue delay, within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we start using a new service. The current version is always on this page.
